Established  joint venture company "Wuxian Lintong Dyestuff Chemical Company" in 1988.8.8

Merged  "Yinshan Chemical Plant" and establish "Wuxian Golden Dragon Chemical Plant" and "Suzhou Lintong Chemical Company Ltd." in 1992.5

Established  "Suzhou Lintong Dyestuff Chemical Group Ltd." in 1992.8.24

In 1998.12, "Wuxian Lintong Dyestuff Chemical Company" was expired. At the meantime, Dainippon Ink And Chemicals, Incorporated (DIC) invested in, and "Suzhou Lintong Dyestuff Chemical Company Ltd." was established substitutely.

Set up “Suzhou Chuangtong Dyestuff Chemical Company” in 2006.11.17

The shareholding reform was completed in Jan 29, 2008. The company name was changed into “SUZHOU LINTONG CHEMICAL SCIENCE CORPORATION”.

"SUQIAN LINTONG NEW MATERIAL CO., LTD” was founded in Jan 05, 2009. （Sino-foreign joint venture）

All business of “SUZHOU LINTONG” has been handed over to “SUQIAN LINTONG” since July 01, 2015.
